Step 1:
To enable the online remote connection, you need to install remote control software on your computer, such as TeamViewer Anydesk. You can also install our QuickSupport tool, which is base on TeamViewer.

Step 2:
Please use either Ethernet or Wi-Fi on the computer to connect to both of Internet, and the router needs to be configured.

Step 3:
If you already installed the above remote control software, don’t hesitate to contact our sales team and provide the ID and password. If you are using our QuickSupport tool, please submit a connection session.
